The above action will take you to the Password Recovery screen. Here, enter either your username or the registered email address and click on the button “Get New Password.”

Once you click on the link, it will take you to the Reset Password screen. Here enter a new strong password and click on the button “Reset Password.”

While choosing the password, make sure that you follow the below rules.

  • The password must be 12 characters or more.
  • The password must contain small and capital letters, numbers and special characters.
  • The password should not contain complete words.
  • The password should not contain any of your personal information.
  • You should not use the same password to secure any other account.
  • Finally, be creative.
